1.1 User-Provided Data
We collect the following information that you provide directly to us:
- Text inputs (definitions, notes) you enter to generate songs.
- Account information such as username, email address, and password (if applicable).
- Login information when using Google, Facebook, or Apple login. Please note that while we do not collect your social media passwords, these providers may share limited account details with us (such as name, email, profile ID) according to their own privacy policies.
- Optional uploads provided by you, including vocals, reference songs, reference music, or rhythm. These are completely voluntary and are only used to generate songs via the AI model.
1.2 Automatically Collected Data
SynPlex does not directly collect device information such as OS version, device model, or app version. However, third-party services integrated into the App (e.g., Firebase Analytics, crash reporting tools) may automatically collect such data according to their respective privacy policies.
02 Purpose of Data Collection (How We Use Your Data)
- To generate songs using the AI model based on your input and optional uploads.
- To manage user accounts and provide core app functionality.
- To analyze usage trends and improve service performance.
- To ensure the security and stability of the App.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your personal inputs (including vocals, reference songs, or notes) for purposes unrelated to the App's functionality.
04 Data Security
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit via HTTPS.
- Encryption of data at rest on secure servers.
- Restricted access to data based on role and necessity.
Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
05 Data Retention
- User-provided definitions, notes, vocals, reference songs, and generated songs may be stored in your account until you delete them.
- Diagnostic and usage data may be retained for as long as necessary to improve the service.
- If you use the in-app Delete Account option (Profile → Delete Account), your account and all data associated with your account are deleted immediately and automatically. We do not manually confirm or monitor these deletions. This action is irreversible.
- We will delete or anonymize your data once it is no longer needed for the purposes outlined in this policy.
06 User Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- The right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- The right to request data portability.
- The right to withdraw consent (if applicable).
- The right to delete your account and associated data at any time within the app. You can do this by going to Profile → Delete Account. Upon initiating deletion, your account and all data associated with your account are deleted immediately and automatically. We do not manually confirm or monitor these deletions. This action cannot be undone.

07 Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.
